Keywords Search Volume and CPC (cost per click)

From the recommended primary keywords, we select the most suitable ones for H1 tags, considering that primary keywords are highly competitive, especially those with a significant Cost Per Click (CPC). 

This indicates that advertisers are keenly interested in utilizing these keywords for their Google PPC campaigns. The remaining keywords are designated as H2 tags, and H3 tags are utilized in conjunction with secondary keywords.
